My top 10 things

Hey guys, so I haven't been on here for like a year but the most amazing things have happened during these times (and lets not forget the worst) but I'm back, ready to share with you . Here is just a quick post about the top 10 things that I fell in love with, especially recent purchases. 1. Henry Holland sneakers So my obsession with Henry Holland grew when he was featured in TeenVogue, but my passion expanded when I saw this varsity jacket for a mere £10. And then I found out about his collection being sold at Debenhams. Before the sales, I wrote a whole list of things I was going to buy but then I only ended up with these. I got these for an unbelievable price.

Went shopping with a few friends down oxford street. I couldn't resist going inside Niketown i just had to see somethings that will be added to my christmas list.

This year there was nothing special ... but these pairs attracted me the most

Stella McCartney for GapKids

I remember wearing all the Gap and their thick jumpers at winter that came in a variety of colours and designs. I adored that shop and i still shop Gapkids (some do fit me). Stella McCartney who had also done collections for Adidas is bringing her creations to Gap Tomorrow. Looking at the Ad campaign plastered across the windows in Gap i still wish that i was a young kid again.

I love the combination of the Pink tutu Skirt and knit jumper. The boys jacket reminds me of a time when Michael Jackson was at an award ceremony.

Lyndsey Scott

All i remember was seeing this campaign for DKNY in Teenvogue a few issues back. The new black model in the middle is 'Lyndsy scott.' The 18 year old has scored contracts with top fashion houses like Prada, Vera wang and Calvin Klein.

I love her sharp looks but is it me or she kinda looks like Ciara.

Jimmy Choo for Hennes & Mauritz

Last year around this time, I was reading an article in a magazine about Jimmy Choo collaborating with H&M. We was talking about this in Media at school and i was saying how the prices are going to be very high. I missed it when Karl Lagerfeld and Mathew Williamson came to sell their line. There was this specific blue suit that i targeted to buy but was not able to get hold onto one because everything was gone. I'm unsure when the line will come out in London but it should be before Christmas but i will try and get hold of something even if its just a pair of leggings or something. You'll be seeing me at Oxford street. Queuing up outside around 6 am to get one of these pairs. Here's a peak of my favourites from the collection.

Looks of the month

I was over the moon when my mum got me this leather, fringed side pouch/satchel? yeah i know, leather, i used to be against leather but then i realised that 70% of my trainers/sneakers were made from leather but now i LOVE it. Sounds cruel of killing animals so that some human can wear it...

Frida Giannini's collaboration with...

Yes, Mark Ronson. The sneaker collection temporarily in London, Miami and Tokyo. We need to dump the vans ad dunks and get our feet in one of these.

My favourite trends of the moment

Snoods
They are back again - bigger, thicker & chunkier. Seen at Burberry and Missoni.

Snoods work well jackets/coats you can replace a statement necklace with one.
Can be worn over neck or head/neck. I would use it draped around my head.

Alternativeley, if you cant get hold onto a designer one, try TopShop for £15 or use a large Knitted scarf and wrap as desired. I've created one here using a tribal pattern scarf.

Knotting

I salute Burberry on this one. I love the complicated and intricate design in their collections. Its a change from their previous collections, i think i saw too much trenches and accessories going on but i like what im seeing.

Houndstooth

Before i used to call Houndsdtooth "Herringbone" until my mum corrected me. They work well with Patterned tights or Luminous. Seen at Preen and Aquascutum. I got a similar version from M&S for £35 (below) teamed up with a Chanel looking beaded necklace.

Some nude/white,navy,blacks, print, crystals/diamonds. Layering and mixing of different materials.

Louis Vuitton

mini skirts/shorts, big fluffy hair, sporty.

Chloé

Very soft pastel colours. Lots of silhouettes. The style looks military but still chic. but still chic.

NikeTown UK

"Nike Air Scandal Mid Platinum/Platinum-Midnight Fog" at NikeTown UK. No other shop in Oxford street that sell trainers/sneakers can compete with The Original store. Its the place to get the exclusives since they do a batch production. I hate it when you walk down the street and see 3 other people wearing the same trainers/sneakers as you. Footwear bought at Nike Store:

(above) "Nike air scandal mid black" bought for $50 online when i was in the USA. A similar verison At schuh for £64.99. I prefer the ones I have becaue it has a python/patent look with a mix of leather whilst the purple on is suede (hello...last season) and...just...looks.....Dull.

Betseyville by Betsey Johnson

Got this Betseyville bag for $16 on clearance sale - took it to school and i couldn't believe that no-one knew who Betsey Johnson was or the brand - except for one girl. ratings to you.

Purchases:

I couldnt't believe the Americans had a 'Westfield' but to my suprise it was much smaller to the one in London. I explored Norstrom and bought a few things. Very pricey.
